Wanchai Prompan

CFO · Financial Services · Bangkok

"We commissioned the Working Rhythms Review after noticing that our senior leadership meetings had become oddly difficult to prepare for. The written reflection Pivothelm produced named three specific patterns we had not been able to articulate ourselves. We restructured two of our recurring sessions within a month of receiving it."

Managing Director · Property Development

"The Initiative Scoping Engagement was harder than I expected — in a useful way. By the third working session I realised the initiative I thought I was sponsoring was actually two separate things. The scoping document we ended up with was much more precise than anything I had been able to write on my own. It became the actual brief we handed to the project team."

Kittisak Thongsuk

Operations Director · Professional Services

"We have now completed two rounds of the Leadership Reflection Series with our senior team. The monthly sessions have become something the team actively prepares for — which is unusual. The written reflections after each session are the part I return to most; they capture something from the conversations that would otherwise be lost."

Nantawan Lertsiri

Head of Strategy · Education Group

"What I valued most was that Pivothelm did not try to be useful in too many ways at once. The engagement was clearly scoped, the consultant did what was agreed, and the reflection document arrived on time. For a small leadership team with limited capacity to manage a consulting relationship, that reliability matters considerably."

Prasert Chinawong

CEO · Regional Logistics Firm

"The working rhythms review was the right size of intervention for where we were. We did not need a major transformation programme; we needed someone to observe our senior team's weekly meeting structure and tell us honestly what they saw. Pivothelm did that, and the reflection was specific enough to act on."

Arisa Tanprasert

Chief People Officer · Tech Company

"The Reflection Series gave our leadership group a practice we did not know we were missing. Having a skilled facilitator who also writes a careful account of each session — without attribution — meant people spoke more openly than they would have done otherwise. Six sessions in, the conversations have a different quality to them."

◈ CASE STUDIES

Engagement summaries

◈ WORKING RHYTHMS REVIEW · Financial Services · Bangkok

The situation

A seven-person leadership team at a mid-sized financial services firm had noticed that their Monday morning senior meeting had become hard to prepare for and often ran late. The team had tried adjusting the format twice without improvement.

The engagement

Working Rhythms Review over two weeks. The consultant attended four of the team's recurring meetings and reviewed six months of agendas. Two brief conversations were held with individual team members.

The outcome

The written reflection identified that the Monday meeting was carrying three distinct purposes that needed different formats. The team separated them into two separate sessions and reported that both became more productive within six weeks.

◈ INITIATIVE SCOPING ENGAGEMENT · Education Group · Bangkok

The situation

A strategy lead at a regional education group was preparing to launch a new professional development programme. She had a general concept but had not been able to scope it clearly enough to hand to a programme director with confidence.

The engagement

Initiative Scoping Engagement over three weeks. Five working sessions were held, and three short conversations were conducted with potential participants and one prospective delivery partner.

The outcome

The scoping document defined a two-phase programme structure, identified two dependencies that needed resolving before launch, and provided a clear brief that was handed to a programme director four weeks after the engagement closed.

◈ LEADERSHIP REFLECTION SERIES · Professional Services · Bangkok

The situation

A stable five-person leadership team at a professional services firm wanted regular structured time to reflect on how they were working together — outside the content of their normal meetings — but had not found a format that worked.

The engagement

Leadership Reflection Series over six months. Monthly 90-minute sessions, each with a different focus area prepared by the consultant. Written reflections produced after each session and shared with the group.

The outcome

The team reported that the series gave them a shared vocabulary for conversations that had previously been difficult to hold. They commissioned a second six-session series for the following year.
