â PIVOTHELM · SOLUTIONS
Three engagements. Each with a defined scope and a written output.
No retainers, no sprawling scope, no ambiguity about what you will receive. Choose the engagement that fits your team's current situation.
â Back to Homeâ APPROACH
How our engagements are structured
Every Pivothelm engagement follows the same underlying logic: we enter a team's working environment as an attentive outside observer, we gather what we need to observe during a defined period, and we produce a written reflection that the team can use as it sees fit.
We do not arrive with a pre-formed view of what we will find. We do not apply a proprietary assessment tool or score teams against a benchmark. What we bring is disciplined attention and the ability to write clearly about what we observe.
Before any engagement begins, we agree the scope in writing. This document describes what we will observe, who we will speak with, what the written output will contain, and when the engagement will close. Both parties sign it. From that point, the engagement proceeds as agreed.
Introductory conversation
30-minute call to understand your team and discuss whether one of our engagements is a reasonable fit.
Written engagement brief
We prepare and agree a written brief describing scope, timeline, and the format of the written output.
Engagement delivery
Observation, sessions, or facilitation as defined by the engagement type â conducted by the named consultant.
Written output & close
Final written reflection or scoping document delivered. A short follow-up conversation available. Engagement formally closes.
â ENGAGEMENT 01
Working Rhythms Review
Two weeks · āļŋ7,800
A two-week engagement reviewing the working rhythms of a leadership team â its meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and recurring conversations. The consultant attends a small sample of recurring meetings with consent, reads sample agendas and notes, and produces a tidy written reflection with suggested adjustments for the leadership group to consider.
The aim is to help a team see its own working rhythms from the outside. The decision to adjust any rhythm remains entirely with the leadership team.
What is included
SUITED FOR
Leadership teams who suspect their meeting and review structure has drifted from what the team actually needs â but have not had the distance to examine it objectively.
SUITED FOR
Sponsoring leaders who are preparing to launch a significant internal initiative but have not yet been able to scope it clearly enough to hand it to a delivery team with confidence.
â ENGAGEMENT 02
Initiative Scoping Engagement
Three to four weeks · āļŋ18,100
A three to four-week engagement supporting the early scoping of a notable internal initiative â a new programme, a structural shift, a major project. The consultant works with the sponsoring leader to clarify the initiative's purpose, scope, dependencies, and likely shape, and produces a written scoping document that becomes the working brief for whoever leads delivery.
This is a scoping engagement, not a delivery engagement. We help clarify what the initiative is; we do not manage or implement it.
What is included
â ENGAGEMENT 03
Leadership Reflection Series
Six monthly sessions · āļŋ27,900
A six-session reflective engagement for an established leadership team â facilitated working sessions held monthly, each focused on a different aspect of how the team works together. The consultant prepares each session, facilitates the conversation, and produces a written reflection afterward.
Suited for leadership groups of four to ten who are stable in composition and want regular structured time to consider their own working patterns. This is a facilitation engagement, not coaching.
What is included
SUITED FOR
Established leadership teams that are stable in composition, have been working together for at least a year, and want structured monthly time to examine how they work together â beyond the content of their regular meetings.
