Who are these engagements suited for?

Our engagements are designed for established leadership teams — typically in organisations with 20 or more people — where the team has been working together long enough to have recognisable patterns. They are not suited to brand-new teams or individuals seeking personal coaching.

What does a typical engagement involve from our side?

For the Working Rhythms Review, we ask for access to a small number of recurring meetings and sample working documents. For the Scoping Engagement and Reflection Series, we need regular scheduled time with the relevant leaders. We aim to keep the ask on your side proportionate and predictable.

Do you work with teams outside Bangkok?

Our primary focus is Bangkok-based teams. For the Scoping Engagement and Reflection Series, remote working sessions are possible if the team has a stable video-meeting practice. Contact us to discuss your situation.

How is confidentiality handled?

All engagement content — observations, conversations, documents, and written reflections — is held in confidence. We do not share material from one client with any other. A mutual confidentiality agreement is available and encouraged for all engagements.

What happens after the engagement ends?

The written deliverable belongs to you. There is no follow-on retainer attached to any engagement by default. Some teams return for a subsequent engagement some months later; others take the written output and work with it independently. Both are fine.
